Katie Holmes stepped out for a cozy date night with new man Jason Bard Yarmosky in New York City.

Holmes, 47, was photographed out and about on Tuesday, July 21, wearing a pink corset-style top, black leather pants and matching heels as she held hands with Yarmosky, 38, who sported a casual white tee, jeans and black shoes. The twosome were seen leaving Sienna Spiro’s private performance, which was part of NYC’s Soho Sessions concert series.

Earlier in the evening, Holmes and Yarmosky were reportedly seen kissing and embracing each other as they watched the concert.

The show, which raised money for North Shore Animal League America, was attended by other celebs, including Summer House star Ciara Miller and New Amsterdam alum Ryan Eggold. (The Soho Sessions are an exclusive NYC concert series produced by Greg Williamson and Nicole Rechter, who have raised more than $75 million for various charities through the performances.)

Tuesday night marked the second outing for Holmes and Yarmosky in recent weeks. The pair were previously spotted holding hands as they entered a screening of The Invite hosted by The Cinema Society at the East Hampton Regal UA on July 10.

Yarmosky is a New York-based artist specializing in paintings and drawings. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2010, according to his website. His work showcases themes of aging, time and memory and has appeared in multiple museums across the country, including the Brooklyn Museum of Art.

Holmes’ apparent budding romance with Yarmosky comes more than one month after the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new rom-com, Happy Hours, in which she reunited with ex-boyfriend and former Dawson’s Creek costar Joshua Jackson. Holmes and Jackson, 47, played love interests Joey Potter and Pacey Witter, respectively, on the ‘90s teen drama and briefly dated off screen. They called it quits in 1999 after one year together but have remained close friends.

“The time that we spent together when we were young is very precious to both of us,” Jackson shared at the Tribeca Film Festival in June. “And [it] is like one of the core personal and professional relationships in my life.”

Happy Hours, which is slated to be a trilogy, follows a pair of exes who rekindle their connection and must decide if their love is worth a second chance. In addition to starring in the movie with Jackson — their first project together in 25 years — Holmes served as the film’s writer and director.

“I take it very seriously, and I want to do right by Josh. I have a great deal of respect. So I wanted it to be right,” Holmes said at the film festival. “We’ve often talked about doing something again, but we never knew what. So it was really about that and agreeing to go for it, I suppose. He said yes, and that made me feel very good.”
