Khloe Kardashian Has 9 Sticks of Butter, 4 Jars of Mayonnaise, and Even a “Bacon Holder” in Her Fridge

If there’s ever a natural disaster in Los Angeles, we’re going to Khloe Kardashian’s house. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star opened up her fridge Cribs-style in a video posted to her website on Wednesday, Nov. 11, and let’s just say she’s fully stocked.

The 31-year-old has nine sticks of butter — and four other tubs that look like margarine — plus three containers of cream cheese, and three different kinds of mayonnaise! Kardashian, who also stocks her fridge with healthy eats such as veggies and fruits, even has a designated container for her bacon.

Her drinks include fat-burning energy drink Celsius, almond milk (she doesn’t drink regular milk anymore), Gatorade, Snapple, water, and San Pellegrino and Perrier. However, the reality personality says she doesn’t like sparking water, and that those are for her “nieces and nephews," aka Penelope, Mason, and Reign Disick, and North West.

“I was a mindless eater,” she recalls in her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked. “I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I’m sure many of you can relate to). I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn’t give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body, except hummus, of course, which is one of my weaknesses.”

The recently slimmed-down star has, however, switched up her eating habits – but she’s still anti-dieting.

“I want to say about food, it’s this: Don’t diet,” she writes. “When you diet, you are basically setting yourself up for failure. I mean, the word ‘die’ is in there! You’re not allowing yourself to enjoy the food you love, and it will only make you want it that much more. Make smart lifestyle changes, one baby step at a time.”
