Khloé Kardashian has been looking fiercer than ever on the red carpet and Instagram. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 31, revealed to Us Weekly Video the one exercise her fans can do to get her famous body: the StairMaster.

“It just does your ass and your legs,” Kardashian, 31, told Us. “I’m literally panting like a dog, but you just try it.”

The Kocktails with Khloé host hasn’t just changed up her fitness routine; she’s also tweaked her diet. But while the Strong Looks Better Naked author has eliminated dairy and recently lost 11 pounds, she still has her cheat meals from time to time — especially when she’s on the road.

“Last night I was a beast and alone in a hotel room and I was like, chicken fingers!” Kardashian said at the Allergan Live Chin Up event in New York City. “I feel so bad now, I can’t be left alone. I don’t really have self control with food.”
