Working off that ice cream! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were photographed leaving a pre-wedding workout at L'Usine (The Factory) gym in Paris, France on Tuesday, May 20.

The soon-to-be spouses tried their best to conceal their faces in bandanas while exiting the building. Kardashian, 33, wore tight black pants, West's "Yeezus" leather jacket, and tried to slip under the radar with sunglasses and a black bandana placed near her chin. West, 36, meanwhile, donned a gray hoodie, and covered everything but his eyes with a red bandana.

"Kanye prefers running and cycling machines, and makes telephone calls while he is exercising," a source tells Us Weekly. "They don't say much to each other while getting themselves in shape." Kardashian, for her part, mainly exercises with light weights, does Pilates and works out on the matts.

Two days earlier, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and West were spotted slurping ice cream cones in the City of Lights. The twosome wore matching jean ensembles, and Kardashian topped off her look with a low-cut white top.

Kardashian and West are set to say "I do" this weekend, and the Kardashian clan has slowly been trickling in from L.A. As previously reported, the wedding weekend (with vows planned in Florence, Italy on Saturday) will be nothing short of over-the-top. "This is literally going to be Hollywood movie set level," a source told Us of one of their wedding locations, Forte di Belvedere.

"We are up to our necks with this wedding," a worker from a local company added. "The security surrounding this is huge…The organizers let us know day by day what they need."
