There’s a new queen on Instagram. Kim Kardashian is now the most popular person on the social media app, beating out Beyonce with over 44 million followers on Monday, Aug. 24. Queen Bey, who used to hold the title, has 43,935,648.
Kardashian has rewarded her followers in the past, posting revealing bikini and body snaps once she reaches a certain number of committed double-tappers. Just weeks ago on Aug. 9 the pregnant star posted a photo of her cleavage with the caption “42 mil.”
The social media maven tops Instagram’s Top 10 list — which features two of her famous siblings, too. Following Beyonce is Taylor Swift with an impressive 43,533,226 followers. Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Nicki Minaj and Khloe Kardashian round out the rest.
Absent from the list, surprisingly, are Katy Perry (26 million) and Rihanna (24 million).
