Kim Kardashian Wants to Press Charges Against Vitalii Sediuk

Don’t come for the kween! Kim Kardashian was unfazed by prankster Vitalii Sediuk’s Wednesday, September 28, attack on her in Paris but still plans to take legal action against him, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.

“Kim handled it very well and was initially unaware of what had actually happened. She assumed it was a photographer stepping too close.” the insider explains to Us. “By the time she turned around, her bodyguard had him on the ground.”

The source continues: “She quickly realized it something more serious when she turned around. The first time Vitalii did this to her it was really terrifying. He tried to tackle her and left her feeling very rattled.”

As previously reported, the Selfish author, 35, was arriving at L’Avenue restaurant on Wednesday when Sediuk, 27, ran over and tried to assault her. At one particularly odd point during his bum-rush of Kardashian, he bent over in an attempt to plant a peck on her world-famous booty.

This isn’t the first time Sediuk has made the E! personality his target. In September 2014, he nearly knocked her to the ground as she arrived at a Paris Fashion Week event with husband Kanye West and momager Kris Jenner.

Though she is grateful to her security team for her safety — namely her longtime protector Pascal Duvier, who she called a “G” after the scary incident — Kardashian wants Sediuk to pay for his actions.

“She plans on pressing charges and has reached out to French authorities to file a complaint,” the source tells Us. “This is the second time he has done this and expect he’ll try again on her or someone else. She has no idea what his motivation is.”

Sediuk’s besiege of Kardashian came six days after the infamously celeb-obsessed assailant made model Gigi Hadid his victim. In the past, Sediuk has attacked stars such as Miranda Kerr, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper and Will Smith, among others.
