Kim Zolciak is facing $150K in money woes as she fights for her son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.’s freedom, Us can exclusively reveal.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s six-figure debt is coming to light in two separate ongoing lawsuits weeks after Zolciak’s son, whom she shares with estranged husband Kroy Biermann, was arrested in August for aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy.

Docs obtained by Us show that Zolciak, 48, was sued by Headway Capital in April 2026, with the financial institution claiming the Bravolebrity entered into a business-use line of credit and security agreement for her now-defunct business, 8 Busy B’s LLC, and allegedly failed to pay back $75,000.

Now, the company wants that amount plus interest for a whopping total of $130,634.03.

In the lawsuit exclusively obtained by Us, Headway Capital said it “provided [Zolciak] with a revolving line of credit,” and she allegedly defaulted on payments. They now claim Zolciak is on the hook for “the total principal amount of $74,983.89, accrued interest at the contract rate through August 13, 2024 in the amount of $55,650.14, plus pre-judgment interest at the legal rate from August 14, 2024, and statutory post-judgment interest.”

Court documents show that a Gwinnett County sheriff’s deputy served Zolciak at her Georgia home on June 23. A hearing scheduled for August 8 was canceled, and no new date has been provided. Zolciak has not responded to the lawsuit.

Online records show that Zolciak and her estranged husband, 40, filed 8 Busy B’s LLC as a business in Georgia on November 7, 2019, and the company has since been dissolved.

Zolciak was also hit with a separate lawsuit on July 13 by one of the nation’s largest debt collection companies over an alleged unpaid $17,000 credit card bill.

In the lawsuit exclusively obtained by Us, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, claimed they absorbed Zolciak’s $16,759.51 debt after agreeing to buy it from Barclays Bank Delaware, the financial institution where she opened the credit card, in May 2024.

“[Zolciak] failed to make payments under the terms of the agreement,” the legal docs read. “[She] defaulted leaving the balance as set forth in the complaint as due and owing.” The documents alleged that Zolciak is “indebted to [Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC] the principal amount of $16,759.51.”

According to an affidavit, a process server has made over 10 attempts to serve Zolciak since July 16 at the former home she shared with Kroy and was told by security that she no longer lives there. The process server also tried to call Zolciak, leaving several voicemails but never received a call back.

His last attempt was on August 22 — just days after KJ’s arrest on August 17. Zolciak has not responded to that lawsuit, either.

Earlier this month, Zolciak’s 15-year-old son was indicted on September 3 for aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.

KJ’s attorney filed a motion on Tuesday, September 8, asking the judge to transfer the case to juvenile court in hopes of avoiding being tried as an adult.

Following his arrest, KJ denied the allegations against him.

“First and foremost, this is not the kind of information that should be for public dissemination. These are juveniles,” KJ’s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, told Us in a statement. “Secondly, my client is 100 percent innocent and tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher.”

He continued, “Additionally, the officer’s report notes the [Georgia Bureau of Investigation] found no male DNA on or inside the areas the alleged victim claimed she was assaulted. Had the officer sat down with me, I feel certain she would’ve never made an arrest.”

KJ was remanded to Atlanta’s Regional Youth Detention Center. He has a bond hearing on Friday, September 11, and is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
