"I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days," Zolciak tells Us in the statement. "I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can't express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing."

The mother of six has not revealed whether she will appear on Monday night's episode of DWTS alongside her partner Tony Dovolani. She first shared her condition with fans on Thursday, Sept. 24, via Instagram, noting, "the left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone."

"he even brings me my favorite coffee," Zolciak wrote on Instagram of Dovolani before she was released on Friday. "Although he is always dancing around the room lol he keeps me smiling!"

On Sunday the Don't Be Tardy star also posted an Instagram in support of her husband, Kroy Biermann, a defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons.

"It's GAME DAY!!!! My favorite pic of my incredible hubby!!! lets RISE UP Atlanta!!!" Zolciak captioned the photo. "I'm so proud of you @kroybiermann I love seeing you do BIG things! We will be screaming for you! I LOVE YOUR BIG JUICY SELF #LetsGo #RiseUp #HeIsABeast."
