Kim Zolciak slammed Wendy Williams for implying that she faked her mini-strokes to get DWTS votes.

Low blow. As Kim Zolciak works hard to recover from her recent mini-stroke setback that landed her in the hospital for several days, the Dancing With the Stars contestant, 37, is having to fight off rumors that she faked the scary ordeal.

On Monday, Sept. 28, the mother of six took to Instagram to slam TV host Wendy Williams for implying on her show that Zolciak had staged her hospitalization in an effort to garner sympathy votes on the hit ABC reality competition series.

Posting an email from last week that was sent by Williams’ staff asking her to appear on the show via Skype, Zolciak wrote, “Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I ‘faked’ my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn't come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!”

Zolciak has not yet announced whether she will appear on the Monday, Sept. 28, episode of DWTS alongside her partner Tony Dovolani. In a statement to Us Weekly on Sunday night, Zolciak said, “I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days. I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can't express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing."

The Don’t Be Tardy star suffered her first setback when she arrived home to Atlanta, Ga. less than 24 hours after leaving the DWTS stage last week. Her mini-strokes caused the entire left side of her body to go numb and made her temporarily lose her speech. Fortunately, she regained her feeling, but after staying in the hospital for several days, she wasn’t sure whether she’d be able to return to DWTS for Monday’s live show.
