Kim Zolciak is asking fans to help bring her back to Dancing With the Stars. The Don’t Be Tardy star, who suffered a mini stroke last week, started an online petition on Tuesday, Sept. 29, to reverse her and pro partner Tony Dovolani’s Monday night elimination from the Season 21 cast.

“Sign this petition to bring @tonydovolani and me back. I was cleared to dance on Friday when I was discharged from the hospital, so Saturday morning I was up rehearsing not even 12 hrs after. I had no restrictions BUT flying until today. Yes the timing sucked but ultimately my health is first. I wanted to dance here in ATL via satellite last night I can dance I just couldn't fly. I'm forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!! Regardless I'll be dancing my ass off at the finale copy and paste link http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/bring-back-kim-tony,” Zolciak captioned a photo of herself with Dovolani. The petition had over 10,000 signatures less than an hour after Zolciak posted.

Zolciak, 37, was eliminated from the show after she failed to perform in Los Angeles following her terrifying mini stroke at home in Atlanta on Sept. 22. According to host Tom Bergeron, because Zolciak’s medical reasons caused her to be unable to perform in L.A., where the show is taped, and due to ABC’s rules, she had to be eliminated.

While chatting with Us Weekly on Monday night, Dovolani revealed that producers were toying with the decision. "I think the producers were fighting until the last minute to keep us in the competition," Dovolani explained, adding it was the lawyers who made the final call. "I want to continue so bad it's not even funny. That's why I put a tweet out there saying, 'Bring us back!' The producers want us back, I want to be back, Kim wants to be back — so the only people they needed to convince was the lawyers.”
