Police were called to the home of Kim Zolciak after a 911 call claiming teens were throwing firecrackers and eggs at an equestrian camp near their property late last year, Us can exclusively reveal.
On November 25, 2025, a 911 caller claimed a teenage male was standing on the porch of Zolciak’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia, and “screaming obscenities” at a horseback riding facility in the area, according to the event report obtained by Us. The teen also allegedly threw firecrackers in the direction of the camp. Though Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s sons, 14-year-old Kash and 15-year-old KJ, were not directly named in the 911 call, the report indicates that they were involved in the incident.
According to the report, officers spoke with Zolciak, 48, and “advised her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm. Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue.”
The report also states that the complainant had attempted to contact a parent at this location in the past but “has never seen a parent there.”
The caller reported that it was “not the first time” the teen and his younger brother did this.
TMZ reported in September that a similar incident had occurred on July 14. According to a police report obtained by the outlet, one of the boys was accused of shooting a pellet gun to scare the horses at the farm. An employee at the facility told authorities that, to her knowledge, no horses or individuals had been struck by the pellets. The employee also reported having prior issues with the kids, claiming they were “verbally rude and uncooperative” when confronted.
The name of the teen was redacted in the report, according to the outlet.
Officers on the scene said they saw “20 to 30 pellets scattered in the roadway next to the property.”
When police spoke to Zolciak’s son, he admitted to shooting the pellet gun but denied that he was trying to hit any horses or people. No charges were filed.
Us reached out to reps for Zolciak and KJ for comment.
The incidents come as Zolciak and Biermann’s eldest son, 15-year-old KJ, is facing legal trouble after he was accused of sexually assaulting a classmate.
KJ was arrested in August on aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy charges following an alleged incident with an unidentified minor female at a local gym. He was later indicted on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.
KJ pleaded not guilty to all charges, Us confirmed on Tuesday, October 6.
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” Kim said in a statement to Us following KJ’s arrest. “My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
The statement continued, “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
Kim concluded, “We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
Investigators also recently discovered footage on KJ’s phone allegedly showing him and an unidentified family member under the age of 12 engaging in sexual activity, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy stated. Prosecutors allegedly found evidence of “multiple encounters” where KJ used “predatory [and] derogatory” language with the victim.
KJ has not addressed the latest allegations.
