Say it in a song, LeAnn — or on a cake! LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian celebrated their second wedding anniversary together on Monday, Apr. 22, with a chill dinner date out in Toronto, Canada, and one very lyrical pastry.
Rimes, 30, excitedly tweeted a photo of the couple’s white-and-gold confectionery concoction on Tuesday, with the words “If you break down I’ll drive out and find you” written in icing across the top.
“Anniversary cake w/ lyrics from our wedding song,” she captioned the shot, in reference to the Patty Griffin song “When It Don’t Come Easy.” “Beautiful anniversary, low key and lovely. Thx for all your sweet well wishes.”
On Monday night, the pair stepped out in casual outfits for their date night — Rimes in a long black dress and olive green leather jacket and Cibrian, 39, in a grey plaid shirt and jeans.
Earlier in the day, Rimes also shared a snapshot of several framed images of herself with Cibrian from their elegant vow renewal ceremony last year.
“Love my hubby for the sweetest card and bring framed pics of last year’s anniversary to TO … just beginning,” she wrote in reference to their Calabasas getaway.
Rimes and Cibrian tied the knot in 2011 after meeting on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights in 2009, when they were both married to other people.
