The cost of beauty! LeAnn Rimes revealed just what it takes for her to stay gorgeous in a new interview, detailing her complicated routine for Into the Gloss.
The Grammy winner, 32, dished to the beauty site about how she maintains her figure and handles her skincare, and surprised readers with the lengths she will go to on her quest to look her best.
"I’m a big vitamin person," Rimes told Into the Gloss. "I take like 20 pills in the morning and 20 at night—fish oil, prenatal vitamins, probiotics, biotin… I have an herbalist I work with who has put me on a bunch of different things. I’m very strict about making sure I take them."
Once her insides are well-supplemented with the lineup of pills, Rimes works on her body. Eddie Cibrian's second wife doesn't have to go far, however, as much of what she needs is at her immediate disposal.
"At home, we have a gym upstairs," said the star, who is the stepmom to Cibrian's two children with ex-wife Brandi Glanville. "I switch it up between circuit training, Pilates, boxing, and yoga every once in a while."
Rimes' tools for a sunny glow are equally convenient, as she hardly needs to jet off to Bora Bora for a tan.
"My assistant, Kiki, and I love to spray tan so much, so we finally bought a machine and started to spray each other," Rimes, who called herself "a white girl, seriously so white" continued to Into the Gloss. "The machine is like $500, so we save so much money. We do it once or twice a week. It’s like a car wash."
Rimes faced some backlash following the article's publication, but stood by her choices. Responding to a Twitter user who questioned her intake of 40 pills each day, the singer wrote, "I obviously take care of my body inside and out. I work out, eat right & take supplements that benefit my health."
