Another Shahs of Sunset star is set to walk down the aisle! Entrepreneur and blogger Lilly Ghalichi is engaged to marry boyfriend Dhar Mann after two months of dating, she announced via Instagram and Twitter.
“Engaged!!!!!!!!!!” Ghalichi, 30, wrote on Tuesday, April 1, alongside a photo collage of her and Mann on vacation, with a picture of a huge diamond ring in the center of the grid. Fans, noting the timing of the announcement, immediately assumed it was an April Fools’ joke, but Ghalichi insisted it was for real.
“For those of you that think it’s an April Fools’ joke, so did I at first when he got on one knee!!” the Bravo star wrote, sharing an Instagram video of the ring, which was designed to be identical to one she wore on Watch What Happens Live. (The video has since been deleted, but the link to it remains on her Twitter account.)
“That was his whole plan, he’s so funny, romantic and crazy like that,” she continued. “Thank you to @mike_nekta for helping him to create the exact ring I wore and wanted, only with a bigger and better quality diamond!!! It’s so perfect, I am the luckiest girl in the world to have you baby. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Her husband-to-be, a fellow entrepreneur, shared a similar sentiment on his Instagram page. “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible,” he wrote, quoting the classic rom-com When Harry Met Sally.
“I know some people laugh when they hear it has only been two months,” he added, “but I could’ve told you you were the one after two minutes. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
