Really, on Valentine's Day?! In her June 11 order of protection filing, Married at First Sight's Jessica Castro revealed how her husband, Ryan De Nino, cheated on her on Valentine's Day, precipitating their ugly split. On the A&E show's June 16 reunion — five days after she revealed he threatened to kill her and her family — fans learned just how Castro caught her man in the act.

"A week prior to [Valentine’s Day] we had a blow-up because he told me that he was going to be busy. So I didn’t see him. Not a card, not a nothing," Queens, N.Y., law firm receptionist Castro, 30, said on the Tuesday night episode. "A few weeks later, I find a Valentine's Day card from another female at his apartment." Castro admitted to destroying her husband's watch in a fit of rage after finding the card.

De Nino, 29, denied cheating on his wife, and argued that he "can't control people from sending me cards."

Choosing to live apart once Married at First Sight's cameras stopped rolling six months into their marriage, the couple cited a severe lack of communication as the reason for their failed union.

On Tuesday's reunion show, De Nino finally apologized to his ex for the way he treated her. "I am sorry. No matter what, it's unacceptable [to speak to you the way I did] and as a man I need to take ownership of that," De Nino told Castro. "You think I don’t cringe when I watch this show? You think I don’t cringe when I see this stuff?"

Taped in May, the two-part reunion show was a turning point for De Nino and Castro's relationship. According to Castro's family court petition, De Nino was wearing a live microphone when he said his wife would be "f–king dead" when they returned to New York. Following De Nino’s threat, TV producers supplied Castro with personal security.

De Nino has not publicly spoken out about Castro's allegations, other than to Instagram that he was "disgusted" by them. De Nino faces harassment, menacing, and stalking charges, and will next appear in court on July 13.
