Mary Holland Nader may have traded Wall Street for Reality TV, but she’s still playing the market — and this time in the name of love.

The reality TV star, 28, exclusively spoke with Us at the launch of her financial wellness app, Mary & Pip, on October 16, teasing a few risky romantic investments and plenty of “unfiltered” Nader-sister moments in season 2 of Love Thy Nader.

“I’m kind of feral, I’m not going to lie,” Nader told Us about how she’s been navigating the New York City dating market. “It’s a totally different Mary [and] I come out of my shell completely from season 1, so I hope it’s met well.”

As the newly single star prepares to diversify her dating portfolio, Nader admits there is one date in particular she isn’t quite ready for fans to assess. “I have such scaries from being on camera and like the whole world is going to see this first date,” she told Us. “What’s the point of worrying right now? I’m going to see it with the rest of the world. I don’t see it before you guys. So, we’re all going to watch my first date together.”

But romance isn’t the only revelation fans can expect from the Nader sisters’ roster as the show gears up for its second season on Hulu in early 2027. “We’re just really leaning the hell in,” Nader told Us. “There are so many tears, so many fights [and] so many unfiltered moments that I’m honestly scared for to come out because it’s so insane.”

Between Brooks, Grace Ann, Sarah Jane and Mary, the Nader sisters have no shortage of big personalities (or opinions to match). But while the four siblings may not always see eye to eye, they can agree on one thing — when an opportunity knocks, a Nader answers.

“The Nader girls will never say no to an opportunity,” Mary told Us. “I’m so grateful because honestly, you are who you surround yourself with and my sisters are some of the most hardworking women that I know and my parents.”

Long before cover shoots filled their calendars and a film crew lined their family home, Mary says her humble Louisiana upbringing led her to Wall Street. “My family doesn’t know how to rest,” she said. “Like, we come from a family of grit and we didn’t come from a lot of money, which inspired me to work in finance and figure out my money.”

The former Deutsche Bank private wealth management professional is trading her corporate title for cofounder as she launches Mary & Pip. “I’ve come a long way since micro retirement,” Mary told Us. “I was so terrified when I quit my job and was filming a show for the first time.”

While Mary admits she wasn’t always sure about combining business with her life in the spotlight, she says her career shift has only become an asset. “This is the first time that you can do both and I feel like when I quit my job, even I was nervous that I wouldn’t be taken seriously in finance because I was on reality TV,” Nader said. “The fact that I am on reality TV actually proves to be an advantage for me because this is a whole market that fintech hasn’t met on their algorithm.”

The financial wellness app, cofounded by Mary and former UBS private wealth professional Kara Cooke, helps users make smarter financial decisions and feel more confident about their financial futures — taking the guesswork out of managing money.

“There was so much change and the overwhelming of support that I felt when the show aired gave me the courage to continue building this because I realized it’s something people really need,” Mary told Us, adding she hopes her latest venture will continue to open doors for women looking to make their mark in the financial tech world.

“I think that the industry has come a long way, but there’s still a lot of work to be done,” said Mary. “I think having a female-founded investment platform is the first step [toward] hopefully, many female-founded investment firms after me that can just give people a seat at the table that have historically never had it.”
