Melanie Lynskey is calling it quits with Jimmi Simpson.
The Two and a Half Men star, 35, filed for divorce from the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor, 36, on September 25, TMZ reports.
Lynksey, who plays Rose on the CBS sitcom, submitted her papers to the Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
The pair, who wed in 2007, have no children together.
Simpson appeared on the big screen earlier this year in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, and has roles in the upcoming Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes, as well as Knights of Badassdom; Lynskey is currently starring in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and appeared as Karen alongside Steve Carell and Keira Knightley in Seeking a Friend for the End of the World.
Lynskey made her big screen debut at the age of 16 opposite Kate Winslet in Peter Jackson's Heavenly Creatures.
