Back to business as usual? Five months after he was caught kissing Smash star Katharine McPhee, director Michael Morris enjoyed a dinner out with wife Mary McCormack and some celebrity friends, including Sandra Bullock.
An insider tells Us Weekly that the threesome were also joined by about eight others — including actor Chris Evans and comedienne Chelsea Handler — at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday, March 12. McCormack, 45, was seen chatting and sharing laughs with Bullock, 49, during dinner.
The group also bumped into fellow diners Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone. "Once Ben and Melissa finished their dinner they went over to talk to Sandra at her table," the eyewitness tells Us. "Sandra got up out of her seat and gave Melissa a huge hug."
The Gravity star started dancing in her seat towards the end of the evening to songs including Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA." The insider says Bullock appeared to be having "a good old time."
At the end of the night, Morris was photographed escorting Bullock out of the restaurant. The director, married for nearly 11 years, was noticeably still wearing his wedding ring. He and actress McCormack have reportedly reconciled following Morris' October 2013 cheating scandal with McPhee. They were photographed together just days after the kissing photos emerged.
McPhee, meanwhile, was photographed reuniting with husband Nick Cokas on March 10 while walking their three dogs. "Katharine and Nick are working on their marriage," an insider recently told Us.
