Teresa Giudice’s daughter Milania Giudice made a virtual court appearance for a hearing pertaining to her May arrest for assault.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 20, attended the Tuesday, July 14, hearing alongside her attorney Alan Kraminsky, while the in-person proceedings were held at Montville Township Municipal Court.
According to Page Six, a judge alleged that Giudice “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute … a disorderly person’s offense.” (The alleged victim’s identity has to be revealed.)
Us Weekly has reached out to Giudice’s attorney for comment on Tuesday’s hearing.
Us previously confirmed that Milania was arrested by Montville Township police for her alleged involvement in a domestic violence incident on May 14.
“On May 14, 2026, the Montville Township Police Department received a report of a dispute at a residence in town. The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1) a Disorderly Persons Offense,” Chief Andrew Caggiano said in a statement obtained by Us in June. “She was released pending her next court appearance. A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
At a May 19 hearing, Milania — a student at the University of Tampa — did not enter a plea.
In June, Milania spoke publicly about her arrest for the first time while reacting to a fake mugshot circulating on social media.
“I have one thing to say, I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI,” she said in a TikTok video at the time. “I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”
While addressing her arrest, Milania told her followers that “s*** happens in life.”
“It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it,” she noted. “I just was not in a good area in my life. That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me.”
She added, “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
Later that month, Us obtained an arrest report that alleged Milania was “throwing things” at her mother’s house prior to her arrest.
Milania’s sister Gabriella Giudice called police in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14, claiming that Milania was “acting erratically” and “throwing food [and] candles.” The alleged victim was not named, nor were any weapons or injuries reported.
Milania’s vehicle was searched “before and after transport,” per the report.
Milania was placed in handcuffs and taken into custody at Teresa’s New Jersey home.
Teresa, 54, shares daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, Milania and Audriana, 16, with ex-husband Joe Giudice, whom she was married to from 1999 to 2020. After their divorce, Teresa married Luis “Louie” Ruelas in 2022.
