Milania Giudice has the support of her extended Real Housewives of New Jersey family as she continues to receive help for her mental health struggles.

In an Instagram video posted on Monday, October 12, Giudice, 20, opened up about her “mental health issues,” which include being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.

“I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders because I’m currently in a treatment center,” she explained to her social media followers. “My mom’s actually on her way to come visit me today, and I do work on myself. But you know what? I am only 20 years old, and this summer hit me like a bus. A lot of things happen in a short amount of period of time, and I’m trying to just process everything, and it’s really hard being in the public light while you go through things in life, so I just want to say I’m sorry.”

This summer, Milania lost her best friend, Victoria Zardoya, who died of a traumatic brain injury from an accidental fall at Fort Dade in Florida. She was 20.
