But what do Family Feud cards look like? Steve Harvey may have a good explanation as to why he flubbed announcing the winner of Miss Universe. The actor-comedian received a results card that perhaps left him a bit confused.

Although the card clearly had Philippines by itself in the right corner, the top three contenders are separated. It leads with “2nd Runner Up: USA” and “1st Runner Up: Colombia” before mentioning victor Pia Wurtzbach.

Harvey, 58, perhaps just read the results too fast. After all, Philippines was clearly typed out under a large font that read “MISS UNIVERSE 2015.”

As previously reported, the daytime talk show host felt terrible after the mix-up. He apologized to both Wurtzbach, 26, and runner-up Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez after the live show. He also wrote a message on his official Facebook account.

“I know how much pride many countries, fans and most importantly, the contestants take in preparing for this night. I hope that you can forgive me,” he shared on Sunday night. “All contestants were amazing but I want to specifically apologize to Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines again and wholeheartedly. You both represented well for your countries, families and yourselves.”

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, however, continues to consider Gutierrez, 21, Miss Universe. “I was watching Miss Universe with my family and we even celebrated when we heard Colombia was going to be Miss Universe for the second year in a row. Miss Colombia was marvelous and spectacular,” he said on Monday, via TMZ. “For me, Miss Colombia is Miss Universe and will continue to be Miss Universe. They placed the crown on her, there is a photo and for me as a Colombian she will continue to be Miss Universe.”
