The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars Jessi Draper and Jordan Ngatikaura reportedly bought a lavish new home together shortly before their split.

Jessi and Jordan purchased a $2.5 million home in Lehi, Utah, in November 2025, according to a Monday, April 13, report from TMZ. The estranged couple went on to announce their divorce just four months later.

Per real estate records obtained by the outlet, the 7,000-square-foot house has six bedrooms and sits on a lot measuring over half an acre. The amenities include quartz countertops, premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, multiple fireplaces and a gym with its own sauna. The property also has a gas-powered fire pit as well as an indoor pickleball and basketball court.

Jordan filed for divorce from Jessi on March 19 after five years of marriage. The pair previously separated after Jessi admitted to an emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette, which was documented on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

During an interview on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Jessi claimed that she told Jordan she wanted a divorce on March 13. She alleged that they planned to file together, accusing him of blindsiding her with his filing “because he wanted the headline first.”

Jessi further claimed that she found out about Jordan’s divorce filing after getting a message from TMZ, noting that her “heart sunk” when she heard from the outlet.

“We agreed to tell our children together before filing, and we haven’t done that,” she alleged, calling it “a betrayal.”

The estranged couple share son Jagger, 5, and daughter Jovi, 3. Jordan is also the father of daughter Peyton, 13, from a previous relationship.

Earlier this month, Jessi hinted that she moved into a new home amid her split from Jordan.

“New beginnings,” she wrote via Instagram on April 1. “My sisters stocked my new home with food and all the essentials + helped me unpack and organize all day.”

She also thanked her loved ones for their support, adding, “Grateful to have family and friends that remind me that even though I’m not perfect & I make mistakes, I’m worthy of being loved and I’m just a human being like everyone else. Here’s to a new chapter.”

Jessi and Jordan’s split news came amid a dramatic week for Mormon Wives fans. Days prior to Jordan’s divorce filing, production on season 5 was paused after costar Taylor Frankie Paul and ex Dakota Mortensen were reportedly involved in a domestic dispute in February.

That same week, footage of Taylor’s 2023 altercation with Dakota resurfaced, showing her throwing multiple metal barstools at him in the presence of her daughter, Indy, now 8. Taylor, 31, shares Indy and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul, while she and Dakota, 33, share son Ever, 2.

Taylor was previously arrested after that incident and charged with aggravated assault, two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse with injury and criminal mischief. She pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and the other charges were dismissed.

Shortly after the footage resurfaced, ABC canceled Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette, which was set to premiere on March 22.
