Ready for Broadway! Apparently showbiz talent runs in Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka‘s family. In an adorable new Facebook video, the pair’s twins — Gideon and Harper, both about to celebrate their 5th birthdays — show off their singing skills.
“Good morning, everybody. I’m here, it’s breakfast time. We’re about to go to school, right?” Tony winner Harris, 42, asks his children while sitting in the family’s Harlem apartment.
Little Gideon grabs the camera and starts singing the theme song from Star Wars. But Harper wasn’t going to let her brother hog the spotlight. She breaks out into a chorus of “Good Morning to You,” which then transitions into a song she crafted in honor of her My Little Pony figures.
The camera then cut to dad Burtka, 40, who declared, “I need some more coffee.”
The couple welcomed Gideon and Harper via a surrogate mother in October 2010. The family is famous for their matching Halloween costumes, choosing to go last year as the Batman-themed group of the Caped Crusader, the Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman.
