Surprise?! Nicki Minaj is sparking engagement rumors after she shared an Instagram of a gigantic yellow heart-shaped diamond ring (a la Lady Gaga!) on Wednesday, April 15.
The singer’s photo — which she vaguely captioned with a string of emojis — comes after she tweeted an engagement ring emoji along with the message “I’ll post it later” on Twitter.
Minaj has been linked to rapper Meek Mill since splitting from her boyfriend of 11 years Safaree Samuels. The “Crying Game” songstress gave her boyfriend (and now potential fiancé) a shoutout on Tuesday, April 14, captioning a photo after posing with Meek in Miami: “I wish every night could feel like last night."
While Minaj has been vocal about wanting to settle down, her massive new bling might not be what it appears.
The rapper, who has been known to pull promotional pranks, may simply be amping up her track featuring Meek Mill titled “Buy a Heart."
