Denied! Behati Prinsloo tried to plant a smooch on her hubby Adam Levine on the red carpet at the 87th Academy Awards and was semi-rejected. The Maroon 5 frontman seemingly didn’t want to get her bold lip color on his face before he chatted with E! News host Ryan Seacrest and instead of locking lips with his wife, he left her hanging with a duck face instead.
The quick husband-and-wife moment you likely missed during Michael Keaton‘s interview was just one of the awkward moments that went down on the red carpet. Josh Hutcherson, for one, dropped the S-bomb while talking with Seacrest about Madrid, Spain.
While chatting about restaurants in Spain, the Hunger Games actor said, “No matter how small and tiny or sh—ty it is,” before the E! host cut him off and suggested he use the word “shady” on live TV instead.
Seacrest has his own awkward moment, too. While recounting the first time he met Focus actress Margot Robbie in a gym in Buenos Aires, the multi-hyphenate tried repeatedly to hold Robbie’s hand but failed.
And in Amal Alamuddin’s not-impressed absence was Terrence Howard’s wife Miranda, who couldn’t be less excited to be on standby during his interview.
