Better get used to those early morning wake-up calls! Sara Haines, an ABC News correspondent, is pregnant with her first child, she revealed on Good Morning America on Sunday, Sept. 6.
“Congratulations to @SaraHaines on the announcement that she is having a baby boy!” the GMA account tweeted early on in the day, along with a photo of the giddy mom-to-be holding a tiny GMA onesie.
This will be Haines’ first child with husband Max Shifrin, whom she married last November.
Good Morning America anchor Paula Faris added her congratulations to the mix, along with one other not-so-little detail.
“Our boo is having a boy! We couldn’t be happier for you @sarahaines xoxo,” she tweeted.
Added Gayle King, “Whoo-hooooo breaking news a baby on the way for @sarahaines. I think she is terrific. She’s got one of the best smiles on TV! And today she’s got a good reason baby on the way. Congrats to you @SaraHaines!!!”
Haines has most recently sat in as a guest co-host on The View and Live! With Kelly and Michael, though she may be most familiar as Good Morning America’s Weekend Pop News Anchor.
