Scott Disick has left rehab, a source confirmed to Us Weekly on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The troubled reality star posted an Instagram of himself boarding a private plane Tuesday afternoon. It’s unclear, however, where he’s going.

“Private aviation is my motivation,” the self-proclaimed “Lord” captioned the photo.

Disick checked into Malibu’s Cliffside rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addiction. Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, with whom she shares kids Mason, Penelope, and Reign, checked into the treatment center early October; back in July, she called off their nine-year-long relationship after he was caught getting cozying with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in the South of France.

Prior to Disick’s latest rehab stay, family and friends grew increasingly concerned about Disick, who has previously mixed prescription pills with alcohol. “Scott is running off the rails,” a pal told Us in July. “He can’t keep going like this. It’s scary.” After his most recent bender this summer, Kardashian gave her ex an ultimatum — and her brother-in-law Kanye West also played a role in convincing Disick to sober up.

“Kanye told him he needs to man up and go to rehab,” another source told Us, adding that Kardashian told Disick he had to get help if he wanted to be a part of their kids’ lives. Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband Lamar Odom’s recent hospitalization also scared the reality personality. “Lamar’s condition is really hitting Scott hard,” a third source explained to Us.

During his stay at Cliffside, Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner visited numerous times, bringing the kids to visit their dad.
