Is Scott Disick ready to seek help? The known partier and recently single dad of three postponed his paid July 10 club appearance at 1OAK in Las Vegas at the last minute on Thursday, July 9.

The nightclub’s release said that Disick is the one who made the call. “The evening will resume as scheduled with a performance by DJ Shift,” 1OAK's release added.

The postponement comes after a woman was seen removing Disick’s belongings from his family’s Calabasas, Calif., mansion on Wednesday, July 8. That same day, Disick, 32, missed his only daughter, Penelope’s, third birthday party at Disneyland. The former model and self-proclaimed Lord was in Florida instead.

According to multiple sources, Disick’s friends have been urging him to seek treatment.

As previously reported, Kourtney Kardashian’s now ex entered a treatment facility in Florida on Sunday, following his rendezvous with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in the South of France, but he left the rehab center after only a couple of hours.

“Kourtney and Scott’s friends are trying to fix this mess and get them to work things out, but the whole situation is very bad and it’s unclear if they’ll bounce back from this,” an insider tells Us, adding that Disick had told his friends he was going to pull out from the appearance prior to the announcement.

Another source, however, tells Us that Kardashian is done for good. "Kourtney would never stay with someone who cheats on her,” the insider says.
