The Modern Family actress, 43, shared a stunning red carpet photo of the married couple, writing, “2yrs. Te Amo. Dont ever change❤️❤️❤️❤️🎉🎉🎉.”
Vergara was clearly making a reference to when the pair first started dating two years ago. Us Weekly first broke the news of their relationship in July 2014. "Sofía is Joe's dream girl!" an insider told Us at the time. "He's been smitten with her for years. He's always had a huge crush on her. Things are going well for them so far."
The duo wed in a stunning Palm Beach, Florida, ceremony back in November 2015. Since tying the knot, Vergara has stood by Manganiello’s side in sickness and in health.
The Colombian-born beauty has shown major support for the Magic Mike star, 39, following his April hospitalization for a reported case of appendicitis. As previously reported, Manganiello entered the hospital two months ago to have his appendix removed. Unfortunately, doctors ran into complications during the surgery, according to TMZ.
In a May 2 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Vergara gave an update on the status of her hunky hubby’s condition. “He's OK," she said. "He had a little problem, but now he's good."
On April 17, Manganiello expressed his appreciation for his caring wife via Twitter. “I love my wife,” he wrote.
During her chat with ET, Vergara was asked why her man posted such a sweet tweet. “I'm always very special with him, so it must have been one of my normal days,” she added with a laugh. “That’s how I am.”
