Selma Blair is still reeling over her Monday, June 20, airplane outburst. Two days after the incident, she took to Twitter to tell her more than 77,000 followers that she has seen better days.
Blair’s pal and Orange Is the New Black star Lori Petty sent the People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story actress some words of support, which prompted her to open up about not feeling her best.
“@SelmaBlair all good, ma xx bad day – don’t be ashamed – just feel better. I love ya. binge #OITNB … days are way worse on there lol,” she wrote, to which the Cruel Intentions alum, 43, responded: “I love you. Super bad day.”

As Us Weekly previously reported, Blair was removed from a Delta airlines flight on a stretcher while traveling to Los Angeles from Cancun, Mexico. The Legally Blonde star was vacationing south of the border with her ex Jason Bleick and their son, Arthur, for Father’s Day.
According to TMZ, Blair was seen mixing an unidentified substance in her wine and then crying about an abusive man. “He burns my private parts. He won’t let me eat or drink,” she allegedly said on the plane. “He beats me. He’s going to kill me.”
On Tuesday, the mom of one addressed her erratic behavior in a statement to Vanity Fair.
“I made a big mistake yesterday. After a lovely trip with my son and his dad, I mixed alcohol with medication, and that caused me to black out and led me to say and do things that I deeply regret,” she said in a statement. “My son was with his dad asleep with his headphones on, so there is that saving grace. I take this very seriously, and I apologize to all of the passengers and crew that I disturbed and am thankful to all of the people who helped me in the aftermath. I am a flawed human being who makes mistakes and am filled with shame over this incident. I am truly very sorry.”
Prior to the incident, an eyewitness told Us that Blair “seemed happy and healthy all weekend” while spending time in Mexico with her family.
