Goodbye to the ring, too. Sharon Osbourne stepped out on Wednesday, May 18, without her wedding ring, while her estranged husband, Ozzy Osbourne, was snapped the same day wearing his symbol of commitment on his left hand.
Sharon, 63, was out and about in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Ozzy, 67, boarded a private jet in L.A.
Sharon ditching her wedding ring came one day after she told her fellow talk show hosts that she’s actually doing well amidst much drama. “I think I’m the strongest I’ve ever been right now and [with] everything that’s going on with my life,” the talk show host said on CBS’ The Talk on Tuesday, May 17. “I feel it.”
The Osbournes split in early May after 33 years of marriage. A source told Us Weekly that their breakup was instigated by Sharon after she discovered her husband’s alleged affair with a hairstylist. Prior to the revelation, Sharon and her three kids looked for clues.
“She and [daughter] Kelly both called the salon repeatedly for about two weeks before the news broke, trying to get in touch with Michelle,” the source said. “They were really angry.”
Another family friend told Us Weekly exclusively that Ozzy had gone missing in late April before his wife discovered the betrayal. “Sharon thought he had gone on a walk and had some kind of medical emergency,” the pal told Us. In 2005, the Black Sabbath rocker was diagnosed with a condition similar to Parkinson’s Disease. He has ben sober since 2013.
