Fist bumps all around! Second-time parents Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and husband Jionni LaValle, 28, celebrated the baptism of their 6-month-old girl Giovanna on Sunday, March 29 in East Hanover, New Jersey.
For their lil meatball's big day, the pair, also parents to 2-year-old son Lorenzo, chose an equally special venue: St. Rose Of Lima Church, where they tied the knot back in November. "She's my angel," the reality star, 27, posted of her girl on her website, ahead of the Christening.
Making the occasion even more special, the Jersey Shore alum dressed Giovanna in the same gown she wore at her own baptism. But with one update, of course. "I added my wedding veil to it," she shared. "It's very symbolic and beautiful."
Still, there was one family event she purposely chose not replicate: son Lorenzo's 2013 Christening. "It was like a wedding ceremony . . I invited everybody," she mused. "With Giovanna . . it's with immediate family and that's it."
Among those who made the exclusive guest list: Giovanna's newly annointed godmother, Stephanie Greiner, and Snooki's BFF and former cast mate (also godmother to Lorenzo) Jenni "JWoww" Farley, 29, who welcomed her own daughter, Meilani, in July.
Added Snooki in a March 29 Instagram post, "She's lovin that mom life."
