Fit mama! Stacy Keibler might be having one of the best times being pregnant ever. The model has been documenting her easygoing and healthy pregnancy via Instagram, spilling to followers everything from her pilates moves to what to feed your unborn baby.

On June 4, the mom-to-be shared that she’s continued with her pilates training despite her growing belly. “Thank you to my fabulous trainer @bodybynonna for keeping me in shape through my pregnancy! #fitpregnancy #healthyliving #pilates,” the 34-year-old wrote.

In another post, where the blonde looked happy and trim, the former wrestler advised pregnant women to remember to stretch. “Stretching your obliques is key during pregnancy,” Keibler shared. “I devote at least 15 minutes each day to stretching! #fitpregnancy #pregnancytip.”

The lifestyle blogger, who secretly married Jared Pobre in Mexico just last March, also shared she’s started adding ghee (clarified butter) to her meals.

“Healthy fats help feed your baby’s growing nervous system,” Keibler captioned a photo of ghee. “Try drizzling #ghee over your popcorn or add a heaping to your cauliflower mash! #healthybaby #pregnancytips.”

George Clooney‘s ex couldn’t be happier about her baby daddy either. On Father’s Day, Keibler shared an intimate Instagram with her husband, gushing: “Happy First Father’s Day to my hubby!!! Our daughter is so lucky to have u as her daddy.”
