Welcome back! Catelynn Lowell is headed home from an Arizona treatment facility, her husband, Tyler Baltierra, confirmed on Saturday, April 9.
“Me & Tootie are off to Arizona to go get @catelynnmtv,” the father of 15-month-old daughter Novalee wrote on Facebook. “I can’t wait to come home with my wife & my whole family together again.”
Baltierra, 24, continued, “This past month has been a little rough by myself, but nothing I wouldn’t do all over again for my family. Cate’s health, safety & security, has & always will be my main priority. I love you Babe & can’t wait to kiss your face & hold you in my arms again! #BaltierraFamilyStrong.”

Us Weekly confirmed last month that the Teen Mom OG star, 24, entered treatment for mental health issues. “I’m seeking help for myself and my family,” she told MTV News. “Thank you to all of my supporters. My family and I would appreciate some privacy at this time.”
The reality star has previously been open about battling postpartum depression. The couple gave up their first child, Carly, for adoption six years ago.
Earlier this week, Lowell took to Twitter to give an update on her health and revealed that she was almost ready to leave the facility.
“Just wanted to know I’m doing great! Best decision I have ever made for myself,” she tweeted. “I’ll be home soon #thankyouforyoursupport.”
