In light of her recent legal troubles, Teresa Giudice is making every moment with her family count. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has spent the past few days at the Jersey Shore with husband Joe Giudice and their four daughters, ahead of their Wednesday, Aug. 14 court date.
Teresa, 41, posted several photos on Instagram Sunday, Aug. 11 and Monday, Aug. 12 of her family on vacation. “Beautiful day at the beach with the family. Xx,” she captioned one family photo of herself, Joe and daughters Gia, 12, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Audriana, 3. She captioned another, “Daddy with his four angels.” In the pictures, the Giudices smiled for the camera while sitting on towels and chairs under an umbrella in the sand.
The family gathered together for another happy beach photo the next day. “Memories at the jersey shore . . . #jerseyshorestrong,” Teresa captioned the snapshot.
The Bravo reality star and husband Joe were indicted on 39 counts of fraud on July 29, and released on $500,000 unsecured bail bonds each the next day. The spouses face up to 50 years in prison, but former federal prosecutor John J. Carney told Us Weekly that based on similar cases, 18 to 36 months of prison time is more probable.
Since their indictment, the couple have put up a united front. Teresa hosted the “Absolutely Fabulous” event at Hard Rock Hotel’s Pangaea Lounge in Hollywood, Fla. on Aug. 10. She posted a photo on Instagram of herself and Joe sharing an embrace at the event with the caption, “Me and my Heart.” An insider told Us the parents had flown in “just hours” before their appearance and were leaving “as soon as they wrapped to head back to the girls.”
