Mom's home! Teresa Giudice's oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, reacted to her mom's release from federal prison via Twitter on Wednesday, December 23.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter, 14, tweeted a beaming face emoji on Wednesday morning, writing:

After an 11-month stint behind bars, Tre, 43, was released from federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, on Wednesday. During the mom of four's incarceration, her eldest child was tasked with tweeting on her behalf. The occasional social media updates posted to Teresa's Twitter account, however, ultimately resulted in one scary incident at Danbury.

"I got shaken down," Teresa told her husband, Joe Giudice, during one part of her recent Bravo special, Teresa Checks In, which aired in October. The table-flipper hasn't updated her Twitter account since September 24, when she wrote: "Watching the Pope Francis coverage on TV and I am crying; what a wonderful man, such a kind and gentle soul #ProudCatholic."

This past April, Us Weekly exclusively revealed the first photos of the cookbook author in prison gear posing with her family. At the time, Joe Giudice confided to Us in a four-hour interview how the entire ordeal was affecting his daughters, Gia, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6. "I cry more than the girls," he told Us. "I pretty much cry every time I leave. Like a little baby."

In a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight in October, Gia spoke out about her parents' consecutive prison stints.

"Anything can happen to any family, and it could be worse. At least no one's sick — that's honestly how I think of it," the aspiring singer said. "When my mom comes home, it's not even something to prepare for. I'm just so happy for that to happen. It's going to be good to have it back to normal for a couple months, but then when my dad leaves, it's just going to be the same thing all over again."
