Tiffany Thornton continues to share memories of her late husband, Chris Carney, with fans. One week after his tragic death, the Sonny With a Chance alum posted a sweet photo on Instagram of Carney sleeping with one of their sons. The Disney alum is mom to two Kenneth, 3, and Bentley, 20 months.
“Learning to live one day at a time,” she captioned another Instagram photo Thursday of herself with one of her sons and a horse.
As previously reported, Carney died in a car accident on Friday, Dec. 4, after the vehicle he was riding in lost control and slammed into a tree in Hot Springs, Ark. Following his death, the actress penned a heartfelt post about her hubby.
“There are so many things I want you to know about Chris but most importantly you must know how earnestly he pursued the lord, especially in the past year,” the 29-year-old captioned a throwback photo from their wedding. “No one is perfect in this world and we all have our battles but it’s the way we get back on our feet and turn it around that really counts. And he did it.”
Carney, 35, who was pronounced dead the scene, was the lead singer of the band The Prom Kings. The two married in 2011.
