Taking it one step at a time — literally. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott stepped out for the first time (smiling) together since their bombshell cheating scandal. Us Weekly exclusively broke news in its cover story on Jan. 6 that the Chopped Canada host, 47, cheated on the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum with a woman named Emily Goodhand, 28.
During the outing, the couple was photographed leaving an L.A. building as Spelling, 40, led the way. Spelling put on a brave face as she donned tight-fitting jeans and a fur top, while McDermott appeared to look a bit worn down while bundled up in a jacket.
The public appearance comes on the heels of Spelling sharing a Christmas picture of the pair with their four children: Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 16 months. The actress also adopted a new puppy for the family earlier this month.
As reported by Us, McDermott cheated on his wife of seven years with Goodhand during a business trip at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto on Dec. 6. "He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," Goodhand told Us in an extensive interview. "I believed him." The two met that night through mutual friends.
As for the couple's recent united front, a source tells Us in its Jan. 17 issue that Spelling was "devastated" to learn about the affair. The insider explained: "Tori went nuts and has been saying she may leave him."
