Turks and Caicos has apparently done Tyga some good. The rapper has settled with his landlord, the property owner's lawyer Boris Treyzon tells Us Weekly.

“The case got settled. Tyga paid,” Treyzon tells Us. “It’s been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied.”

Tyga’s decision to pay up comes after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest on Tuesday, August 9, after he failed to show up to court for a deposition, a Los Angeles public information officer previously told Us Weekly.

As reported, the rapper owed his landlord around $480,000 because he fell behind on rent for his former Malibu pad.

His property owner went to court after Tyga bought his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a $200,000 Maybach for her 19th birthday.

“There’s a lot of activity with this going on, but he owes my client a lot of money and we are proceeding to collect that money from any expensive gifts to anyone that he gave or money he gave out,” Treyzon previously told Us. “So basically, we want that money back! That would include Kylie’s new car he bought for her.”

The rapper has been busy canoodling with Jenner in Turks and Caicos, where they’ve continued her birthday celebrations. And while he may have settled with his landlord, he may have to face Jenner’s mom, Kris Jenner, when he gets home.

"Kris is worried about Tyga’s warrant and legal problems,” a source exclusively told Us. “It’s because Kylie spends 24/7 with Tyga and she would be associated with that arrest, should he be arrested as a result of this warrant."
