Walton Goggins is aging like fine wine.
The White Lotus alum, 54, took to Instagram on Wednesday, September 23, to show off his rock-hard abs while vacationing in the Eastern Sierra in California. In one pic, Goggins went shirtless and flexed his muscles while standing on top of a stone wall. He rocked nothing but blue jeans, which he cuffed at the hem and wore unbuttoned. The actor completed his off-duty look with a tan wide-brim hat and black sunglasses.
Elsewhere in the social media photo dump, Goggins showed a photo of the van he was traveling in, the mountainside scenery, pit stops in bars and more.
“3 days off… snagged my van and hit the road,” he captioned the post. “Eastern Sierras… very few things make me this happy.”
He continued, “Some places I’d never been and others I’d been before. But that was a different time and I was a different man. 😏🕶️.” His fans were quick to praise his thirst trap in the comments section.
“Uncle baby thirst trap,” one wrote, referencing Goggins’ character Uncle Baby Billy in The Righteous Gemstones. Another added, “Lookin shredded man!!” while a third complimented him, “Living your best life! Where u been hiding that 6 pack. 👏👏.”
This isn’t the first time Goggins has put his six-pack on display. Earlier this month, he shared a pic of him going shirtless via Instagram. In the snap, Goggins leaned back in a chair while a tattoo artist sketched a new design into the actor’s arm. He wore black pants and leather loafers, and accessorized with black shades.
“That’s the thing about being in your 50’s … you know EXACTLY what you need to be reminded of every day,” he wrote alongside the pic. “1st Half/Day off in LA I’ve had in a while. Tres Tattoos and a cocktail at sunset. What a day.”
Goggins showed even more skin in November 2025 when he was featured in the 30th anniversary of GQ’s Men of the Year issue. For the photo shoot, he went completely naked while sitting in a metal chair outside. He crossed his legs and gave the camera a dramatic pout. Goggins held a cigarette in his mouth and rocked a black pair of aviator sunglasses. He pushed back his hair, which was parted to the side.
At the time, he gushed that the “pleasure” was all his. “Bon-vivant of the Year… I’ll take it,” he added via Instagram.
