Back in October, Lindsay Lohan created a media frenzy with her less-than-dazzling smile, and now the troubled starlet’s appearance is making headlines yet again.
Lohan, 25, stepped out in New York City with extremely plumped-up cheeks and lips. Since she doesn’t appear to have gained weight, it’s likely that her fuller features are the result of facial fillers like Restylane or Juvederm.
And that’s not the only dramatic change she’s sporting right now. Lohan recently added heavy, blunt bangs to her and extra-long extensions to her platinum hair.
She showed off her new look during an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today Show Thursday.
Clad in a curve-hugging LBD and sexy platform heels, Lohan, who’s in the Big Apple to host Saturday Night Live this week, opened up about her struggle to get her career back on track.

“Because people can say things all they want, but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself with SNL, being on time, being, you know, keeping my – can’t say the word – but stuff together,” she said.
In addition to SNL, the once white-hot star also confirmed plans to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming biopic. “We start production soon,” Lohan said. “I’ve been doing tons of research. But I’ve always kind of researched her. She’s always been a fascinating woman to me. So I’m really honored. And I will not let anyone down, especially myself.”
