A Travel Buddy: Her Dog Harold
When asked about the most important item in her bag, Williams doesn’t hesitate. “It’s my boy Harold,” she exclaims. “Harry is 18 years old and comes everywhere with me. He hates tennis balls,” she laughs, “but I know he loves me.” Whether she’s on tour or just running errands, Williams makes sure Harold is always by her side.
Blue Diamond Almonds: The Perfect Snack
One item Williams can’t live without is a healthy snack. “One of my go-to’s for sure is Blue Diamond Almonds. My favorite is the new sea salt and black pepper flavor,” she says. “They’re so crunchy and delicious, and they’re packed with nutrients, minerals, vitamins and protein. I love that I’m doing something healthy for myself, especially when I’m on the run.”
Hair Care Essential
As someone with curly hair, Williams knows the importance of taking care of her locks. “My hair’s super fragile, so this is my go-to brush — it just helps those curls bounce,” she shares. “Harry has curly hair too, so every now and then I have to use my brush on him — then we have to get a new one!”

Staying healthy is a top priority for the tennis star, which is why she always carries a craft box filled with vitamins. “You got the staples like Vitamin C, then I have lots of enzymes, probiotics, and all the other vitamins and minerals,” she explains. “I don’t go anywhere without this.”

Another vitamin she never leaves home without? Chewy Vitamin C. “This is one of my favorites,” Williams says. “I have to be careful because I’ll just keep eating these because they taste great.”
Moisturizer: Staying Hydrated and Glowy
With so much travel and intense training, keeping her skin hydrated is key for Williams, and she has a simple routine for it. “My goal right now is to freeze time, where I am right now,” she admits. “You have to moisturize all day, you can’t wait until your skin is dry. At least I don’t — I just keep moisturizing so it never gets dry.”
Hibiscus Face Cream
Williams also swears by a secret weapon for her glowing skin — hibiscus face cream. “I just love the moisturizer. I use it for my face or body. This is a splurge, but it’s my favorite.”

When it comes to travel, Williams is all about convenience. She swears by a lightweight travel bag. “This bag was a gift, and I love it because you can compress it then pack it with whatever you want.” It’s the perfect blend of style and functionality.
