Late-night therapy session? Despite announcing their split last year — with lots of ugly fallout in the ensuing months — Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose still find time to kick back and party together. The now-friendly exes spent time with their buddy Ryan Hansen earlier this week.
“Proud to announce my new gig as Divorce Counselor for @mistercap and @amberrose,” the Bad Judge actor, 34, jokingly captioned an Instagram photo of the trio on Tuesday, Aug. 11. “#boysofzummer.”
One day earlier, Rose attended the “See You Again” rapper’s Boys of Zummer Tour show in L.A. She even let their adorable 2-year-old son Sebastian join his famous dad on stage.
“Our Lil Rockstar!” Rose, 31, captioned an Instagram video of the sweet moment. “Sebastian took over his Dad’s show last night.”
Rose and Khalifa, 27, have settled into good terms since the model filed for divorce in September 2014 after 14 months of marriage. But it wasn’t always that way. Amid the breakup, Rose filed for sole custody, claimed the rapper cheated on her several times, and Khalifa even called her a “foul creature.”
Rose, in particular, eventually changed her tune when she dedicated a sweet Instagram post to her ex back in April. “My #ManCrushEveryday you know what it is…We went wrong somewhere and even if we never ever get back together (Even tho I pray, dream and hope we do) he will forever be the love of my life,” Rose wrote at the time. “We forever have a bond because we made a beautiful baby from our Love. Through all the ups and downs of our relationship my heart still beats for him every single day.”
She added: “I’m sick of putting on a front like I’m happy without him. I’m not. He makes me happy. He’s the only one who can.”
Rose may want to rekindle the romance, but for now she’s off the market. That same month, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly that Kanye West’s ex is now dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
