Cindy Tamez, a Mexican influencer who gained a following for sharing videos on TikTok with her thousands of viewers, allegedly shot her partner and three children before killing herself in an apparent murder-suicide.

Tamez – whose real name was Cinthia Abigail Tamez Rivera – and her youngest son, Gustavo, 2, were found dead inside of a Jeep parked in Montemorelos, Mexico, on Wednesday, September 30, around 9:40 a.m., according to local outlet Reforma. Shortly after their bodies were found, her two older sons, Christian, 12, and Bruno, 11, and her partner, Leodegario Moya, were found dead at a home located about three blocks away from where the vehicle was found.

The Attorney General’s Office of Nuevo León said that a preliminary investigation led authorities to believe that Tamez, 34, killed her three children and Moya before dying by suicide, according to the outlet.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are still collecting and analyzing evidence as they work to determine exactly what happened. Authorities said that the evidence collected included a firearm found inside the Jeep, as well as security footage.
