An OnlyFans model will be spending the next year in prison after she failed to pay off her $1.5 million tax debt on her earnings from the subscription-based social media platform.

Federal prosecutors explained that Kylie Perez, known as “Natalie Monroe” on OnlyFans, earned more than $5.4 million from her adult-only content between 2019 and 2023. Authorities learned she wasn’t honest about her income on her tax return in 2019 and she refused to pay at least $1.5 million in the taxes she owed from 2020 to 2023.

Perez, 31, pleaded guilty on May 20 following an investigation led by the Internal Revenue Service’s criminal investigation division. She was sentenced to one year in prison in August, which will be followed by one year of supervised release.

“Evading the payment of owed income tax is a violation of our federal tax laws,” U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe said in a statement while announcing her sentence. “We will continue to prosecute those who purposely commit these crimes.”

Special Agent in Charge of IRS Criminal Investigation, Florida Field Office’s Ron Loecker also weighed in on the crime. “When someone chooses personal luxury over meeting their tax obligations, the consequences are inevitable,” Loecker said. “IRS CI Special Agents will continue to uncover the truth and safeguard the integrity of the tax system for all law-abiding taxpayers.”

In addition to being an OnlyFans creator, Perez has a listing on IMDb and is described as “a model from Sarasota, Florida.” The website said that she had a number of adult film credits under her belt, as well as has appeared on “numerous magazine covers” and “huge websites like The Chive and Worldstar Hip hop.”

Perez was sentenced four months after the U.S. Department of Justice announced that they created the National Fraud Enforcement Division in April. The division has been tasked to crack down on the theft or misuse of taxpayer dollars.

President Donald Trump also set up a Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, which seeks to eradicate fraud, waste and abuse from federal benefit programs. The task force is chaired by Vice President JD Vance.
