CBS’ Star-Studded ‘Cupertino’ Cast Features Mike Colter, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Ella Stiller
For prestige drama viewers deciding what earns a slot in their nightly routines this fall, CBS’ new legal thriller Cupertino stacks its bench with familiar names. A Marvel headliner, a Tony-winning Hamilton original, a Broadway breakout and a next-generation Stiller anchor the ensemble.
Who Leads the ‘Cupertino’ Cast?
Mike Colter leads as Michael Price, a lawyer pushed out of a Silicon Valley tech giant and stripped of his hard-earned stock options. Colter is best known as Luke Cage across Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and The Defenders. He also played David Acosta in the supernatural drama Evil and Lemond Bishop in The Good Wife and The Good Fight. His film credits include Million Dollar Baby, Men in Black 3, Girls Trip and Plane, and he voiced Jameson Locke in the Halo franchise.
Rachel Keller plays Olivia Siffre, a quiet but determined young attorney fired alongside Price who finds her voice fighting the tech elite. Keller broke out as femme fatale Simone Gerhardt in the second season of Fargo, then starred opposite Dan Stevens across all three seasons of Noah Hawley’s Legion. She also led Netflix’s The Society and appeared opposite Ansel Elgort and Ken Watanabe in HBO Max’s Tokyo Vice. Her film credits include A Man Called Otto alongside Tom Hanks and Butcher’s Crossing with Nicolas Cage.
Cupertino is a David vs. Goliath legal drama set in the heart of Silicon Valley. Colter’s Price joins forces with Keller’s Siffre after both are pushed out by a tech start-up, and together they represent people cheated by the tech elite in a high-stakes fight against the Goliaths controlling the industry.
The Supporting Players You’ll Recognize

The daughter of Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, she graduated from The Juilliard School in 2024. Renée Elise Goldsberry plays Nichole E. Ferebee, a formidable opposing counsel who shares a romantic past with Michael. Broadway fans know Goldsberry as the original Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton, a performance that earned her a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. She captivated daytime audiences as Evangeline Williamson on One Life to Live from 1999 to 2007, with screen credits in The Good Wife, Altered Carbon and A House of Dynamite.
