Jack Black may have told the world that Angelina Jolie was pregnant during the Cannes Film Festival in 2008, but the 35-year-old actress didn't seem to mind.
In fact, the generous mom of six — who was carrying twins Knox and Vivienne at the time — decided to surprise Black's wife, who was also pregnant, with something extra special.
"You were preggers, and I spilled the beans," Black recalled during a recent interview in L.A. "And my wife, Tanya, was like, 'That is the most amazing maternity dress I've ever seen.' You had this gorgeous gown, and she was less preggers, but she had one on the way as well."
"And you're like, 'Oh, thanks.' And then, what do we get in the mail like the next week? That gown," Black, 41, smiled. "You sent it over. It was one of the sweetest gifts of all time."
The actors, who will appear at the Cannes Film Festival this week to promote Kung Fu Panda 2, have a longstanding friendship. Prior to working on Kung Fu Panda in 2008, they lent their voices to the animated adventure Shark Tale in 2004.
