There's a new envelope-pushing American Idol wannabe to talk about: Barney dominatrix!
On Wednesday's audition episode of Idol, Dallas contestant Erica Rhodes revealed her showbiz past: Barney! Now 23 and a college student in Texas, Rhodes sang and frolicked on TV with the purple dinosaur as a kid.
But her cutesy past is well behind her: Rhodes stepped into the audition room wearing a skimpy black leather outfit, platform boots and bearing a whip.
Her raunchy getup immediately inspired a lewd thought from Simon Cowell. "What's the big dream here?" Cowell asked, muttering around his breath, "I know what mine is," to the laughter of his fellow judges.
"I want people to know that Barney kids grow up!" Rhodes replied.
"…to be dirty little girls," sharp-tongued guest judge Neil Patrick Harris quickly retorted.
To her credit, Rhodes' singing impressed the judges. Watch the clip above!
