Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher is allegedly involved in a second legal scandal after being accused of domestic violence.

Ireland’s Donegal Daily recently reported that Gallagher, 27, is in hot water following an alleged assault that took place in the town of Dungloe four years ago.

According to the outlet, the reality star was arrested in August 2022 and charged with “assaulting another man and causing him harm” on the town’s Main Street.

Police reportedly issued a warrant for Gallagher’s arrest in April 2025 after he failed to appear in court. The warrant is still active.

The publication noted that the charge is “contrary to section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offenses Against the Person Act, 1997,” which states that a person who assaults an individual “causing him or her harm shall be guilty of an offense.”

The statute also says that if a person is guilty of an offense under the aforementioned section, they will be liable “on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding £1,500 or to both.”

The guilty party could also be liable “on conviction on indictment to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both,” per the Irish statute book.
