Life is one long nonstop party for Catherine Giudici these days. Hot on the heels of her sexy Bachelorette getaway to Miami, Fla., the Bachelor bride-to-be gathered with friends and family in Dallas for her wedding shower.
The 27-year-old reality TV alum shared a picture from the fete via Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 15. In it, she wears a cream-colored lace shift dress and is surrounded by pals.
"So blessed to call these lovely ladies my family!" she captioned the photo. "So thankful to be welcomed into such a beautiful community of women."
According to the U.K.'s Mail Online, the shower included 40 guests and was hosted by a few of Sean Lowe's family friends. "The shower was a great success," Lowe's father, Jay Lowe, told the paper.
"[My wife] Sherry said she's never been to a shower where 100 percent of the invitees came, but in this case they did," the Mail Online quotes Jay as saying. "It was all family and friends, and everyone had such a great time."
Per Jay, guests feasted on shrimp cocktails, mini croissant sandwiches, assorted cheeses, petit fours, and chocolate-covered strawberries. The spread was "impressive," he said — as was his soon-to-be daughter-in-law.
"Catherine looked radiant and was smiling from ear to ear," he noted. "Catherine really liked spending time with everyone and was busy taking photos with each attendee. She is a very gracious woman. We're so thrilled to have her join our family."
The feeling is clearly mutual. "MRS. LOWE in 42 days," the Bachelor star tweeted on Dec. 14, alongside a photo of herself lying in bed under a "Mrs. Lowe" banner. Two days later, she wrote, "Today I'm doing another fitting for my wedding dress and I can't wait to put it on again!"
As previously reported, Giudici and Lowe will tie the knot in a special television event on Jan. 26. "In case you didn't hear, I'm marrying my best friend @clmgiudici Jan 26th!" the groom tweeted in October. "Oh and it's going to be shot live on ABC so you're all invited."
